How are UVC components used in products

Deep ultraviolet UVC-LED is divided into static surface sterilization, static water sterilization, dynamic water sterilization, air sterilization.

Static surface sterilization is applied to smart toilets, food preservation boxes, smart trash cans, etc. The principle is mainly to embed UVC-LED lamp beads or uvc led strip 254 nm on the inner wall or top of the product, and use ultraviolet rays to directly sterilize and disinfect objects. The sterilization time is calculated according to the irradiation distance, product area and sterilization efficiency requirements.

Static water sterilization is used in humidifiers, water dispenser tanks, and ice machines. It is characterized in that the water flow is very small or long-term antibacterial is required. Usually, a single UVC-LED sterilization module is installed on the top or bottom of the water tank to irradiate the ultraviolet rays to the whole water to realize the sterilization and antibacterial of the water.
